About these terms
This website is operated by Agentic Systems - F.Z.C, a company registered in the Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, which provides security testing services under the name Agentic Red ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Use of the site
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or test its security without our written permission. If you believe you have found a security issue in this website, please report it to info@agenticlabs.ae.
Our services
The content on this site describes our services in general terms. It is not an offer and does not form a contract. Every engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, together with a signed scope and rules of engagement, which set out exactly what we will test, when, and what we will deliver. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.
Authorised testing only
We only test systems when the owner, or someone with legal authority to act for the owner, has given written authorisation. Before an engagement starts, you confirm that you have the right to authorise testing of every system in scope, including systems hosted or managed by third parties such as cloud or hosting providers. We will not start or continue testing without that authorisation.
Limits of security testing
A penetration test is a point-in-time assessment of the agreed scope, carried out within the agreed time. It reduces risk but cannot guarantee that a system is free of vulnerabilities or that it will not be compromised in the future. We take care to avoid disruption, but testing carries some inherent risk to the systems being tested, and we recommend current backups before testing begins.
Confidentiality
We treat everything we learn about your systems, and every finding and report, as confidential. We share it only with your named contacts and never publish it. How we handle personal data found during testing is described in our privacy policy.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, design, graphics and logos, is owned by or licensed to Agentic Systems - F.Z.C. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission. Ownership and use of reports we produce for you is set out in your engagement agreement.
Third-party links
This site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website. Liability for our services is set out in your engagement agreement. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
